An expert in business and information strategy planning.  Has published key papers and written several definition documents on the practice as well as the theory of strategic planning.  He has performed this work for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Fidelity Investments, Verizon, American Express Corporation, General Motors, Mass Mutual Insurance Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Genetics Institute among others.  Has also consulted with Du Pont, Italsiel (Rome), Laboratoire Central de Télécommunications (Paris), and Olivetti (Milan).  An expert in the field of software engineering and development, with exceptional skills for dealing with the problems of migrating business operations from an existing, older-technology computing platform to newer systems using advanced development methods and tools.
